If I decide to change the mode of participation (from face-to-face to online, or vice versa), can I get a discount or pay only the difference between the two?

Unfortunately, we must treat each registration separately, as it is not possible for us to ensure refunds, nor can we charge only a portion of a participation. We encourage all participants to register and pay the fee only when they are sure of their form of participation.
